Understanding your Team's status: active, canceled, and read-only
Last updated 20 days ago
Your Team's Subscription page, in Team Settings, shows one of three statuses. Here's what each one means for your roster.
Active
Your Team 15 subscription is current. All 15 driver profiles and up to 4 coaches are available, on top of the 1 owner seat, and everything syncs normally.
Canceled
You've turned off auto-renewal, or a store payment didn't go through. Your team keeps working normally through the end of the period you already paid for — nothing changes early. Once that period ends without a renewal, the team becomes read-only.
Read-only
- Whether your team landed here from a lapsed subscription or from choosing Archive Team yourself, the effect is the same: the roster, vehicles, and session history freeze in place. You can still view, download, and export everything — you just can't add, edit, or record anything new to the team.
- You have 90 days to restore it. Reactivate with an active Team subscription during that window, and everything unfreezes exactly as it was.
- After 90 days with no restore, the team and its data are purged permanently — this can't be undone.
