Your Team's data and privacy policy

Every Team has a Data & Privacy page in Team Settings, laying out exactly how the team handles athlete data. It's policy, not preferences — there's nothing here to configure.
What it covers
- Data retention — how long session and roster data is kept once it's part of the team.
- Athlete visibility — what coaches and teammates can see about a driver's sessions and performance once they're on the roster.
- Post-departure grace period — what happens to a driver's data for a period after they leave the team.
Why you can't change it
These are fixed platform policies, not toggles — every LapperSnapper Team follows the same rules, so drivers and coaches know what to expect no matter which team they're on. You can read this page, but there's nothing on it to turn on or off.
Who can see this page
The owner and any coach can open Data & Privacy from Team Settings — coaches see it read-only, same as the owner.
