Downgrading a single product

When you cancel a Pro subscription:

• Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period
• After that, the product reverts to Free tier limits
• Your data is not deleted — it's preserved but may exceed free limits

Feature impacts

• Custom domains: Stop resolving (domain becomes inactive)
• API keys: Return 403 errors (keys are preserved but non-functional)
• Team members: Lose dashboard access if no Pro product remains
• Custom CSS: No longer applied to public help center
• "Powered by" footer: Reappears on public pages

Exceeding Free limits

If you have more services/posts/articles than the Free tier allows:

• Existing content remains published and accessible
• You cannot create new content until you're under the limit
• Delete items or upgrade again to regain creation ability
