Inviting a driver to claim their profile

An unclaimed profile stays that way until you invite the driver to claim it. Claiming links the profile to their own LapperSnapper account — any staff member can set this up, not just the owner.

Generate a claim code

1. Open the driver's profile and go to the Details tab.
2. Tap Generate claim code.
3. Share the code with the driver however you'd like — text, email, in person.

Only one claim code can be outstanding per profile at a time. Codes are single-use and time-limited — if one goes stale or your plans change, tap Revoke on the Details tab and generate a fresh one.

What the driver sees

When the driver redeems the code on their own account, they land on a consent screen spelling out exactly what's about to happen — something like "Profile: Emma R. — 47 sessions over 14 months will become yours." Nothing transfers until they confirm.
