Adding a coach to your team

Coaches join your team using a one-time invite code that only the team owner can generate and share — there's no email invite system to manage.

Generate and share a code

1. Open Staff. This screen is owner-only.
2. Tap Generate to mint a new invite code.
3. The code appears once, in a bottom sheet, with a Share button — send it on the spot.

If you lose it before sharing

The code is shown exactly once. Close the sheet without sharing it, and it's gone for good — there's no way to bring back a previously generated code. Tap Generate again for a fresh one; codes are single-use, so sharing the new one is all you need to do.

How a coach redeems it

• New to LapperSnapper: at signup, choose Join with a code and enter it.
• Already signed in: enter the code from the team row in Settings.

Once redeemed, the coach shows up on your Staff list with full staff access. See Understanding your team's driver and staff limits for how many staff seats your plan includes.
