The driver profile screen: Sessions, Tracks, Details, Notes, and Garage tabs

Last updated Sep 25, 2026

Every driver on your roster has a profile screen — it's where you'll do most day-to-day roster management, whether that driver is claimed or not. Tap a driver on the Drivers tab to open it.

The header

The driver's photo, name, nationality flag, number and class sit at the top, so you can identify a driver at a glance before opening anything else.

Sessions tab

Every session tagged to this driver, including ones a claimed driver shares from their own account. The chips at the top — All, Dry, Damp, Wet, Drying, Untagged — filter by track state.

Tracks tab

One card per track this driver has run: their personal best, session and lap counts, and the sessions from that track. See A driver's Tracks tab: per-track history.

Details tab

  • Racing info, contact details, guardian and emergency contacts, date of birth and nationality. Tap the pencil (Edit) to change them.
  • Claim controls for an unclaimed profile: Invite to claim creates a code for the driver, and Revoke claim code cancels one you've already created.

Notes tab

Free-text notes for staff only — never shown to the driver, even after they claim their profile. It saves as you type. Use it for coaching reminders or anything you want to remember without it becoming part of their shared history.

Garage tab

The driver's current Team vehicle, its service history, and any archived vehicles. At the top, a Mechanics row shows who looks after this driver; the owner can tap it to change that. An icon on the tab flags a vehicle that isn't marked Ready.

Good to know

Mechanics see only Sessions, Tracks and Garage — the Details and Notes tabs are hidden from them. On a wide screen such as an iPad, Details sits in a panel beside the tabs instead of being a tab of its own.
