Use LapperSnapper in your web browser
Last updated Sep 25, 2026
LapperSnapper also runs in a web browser at app.lappersnapper.com. It's the same app as on your phone, so you can go through sessions on a laptop or a big screen with nothing to install.
What works in a browser
- Trying it without an account. The demo session is there on your first visit.
- Importing files. Import → Choose a file loads .xrk, .xrz, .drk, .ubx, .csv, and .vbo files.
- The analysis — the same session tabs as on the phone, from Overview to Channels — and your Garage.
- Exports. Export on the Laps tab downloads the file. When you export several sessions at once (Pro), your browser may block some downloads — check its download bar.
- Your account. Sign in with the account you use on your phone. With Pro, sessions backed up from your phone show up here, ready to download.
In a wide window, the bottom tabs move to a rail down the left side.
What needs the phone app
- Recording and Drive mode — a browser can't provide continuous GPS or a Bluetooth link to a RaceBox.
- Downloading from a MyChron — a browser can't join your logger's Wi-Fi.
- Video — importing video, GoPro files included, and exporting overlay clips.
- Buying Pro or starting the trial. Pro you already have works in the browser.
- Notifications.
Keep your data safe
Sessions you import in a browser are stored in that browser only. Clearing your browsing data deletes them, and a private or incognito window discards them when you close it. To keep them, use a signed-in Pro account so they back up to the cloud, or import on your phone. After your first import, your browser may ask to let LapperSnapper keep data on this device — allow it. If the browser can't store anything, the Sessions screen says This browser can't keep your sessions.
Good to know
- In a browser, sync runs only while the LapperSnapper tab is open.
- A password-reset link only works in the browser you requested it from.
