Importing Data via CSV

Overview
You can bulk import data into any product using CSV files. Go to Settings > Import to get started.
Supported imports
- StatusForge: Services, Incidents
- ChangeForge: Changelog Posts
- HelpForge: Categories, Articles
File requirements
- CSV format (comma-separated)
- Maximum file size: 1 MB
- Maximum 200 rows per upload
- UTF-8 encoding
Import steps
- Download a template from the Import tab
- Fill in your data following the column headers
- Upload the CSV file
- Review the preview (green = new, yellow = duplicate, red = invalid)
- Choose how to handle duplicates: Skip or Overwrite
- Click Import
Tips
- Download the template first to see the expected column names
- For HelpForge articles, unrecognized category names are auto-created
- Slugs are auto-generated from titles
- Changelog posts are imported with notifications disabled
