Two subscriber lists

Your account has two separate subscriber views:

• Status Subscribers — People subscribed to incident notifications
• Changelog Subscribers — People subscribed to changelog updates

Under the hood, these are the same subscriber table. A single person can have both notification types enabled.

Subscriber statuses

• Confirmed — Clicked the confirmation link, receives notifications
• Pending — Signed up but hasn't confirmed yet

Deleting subscribers

You can remove subscribers from the dashboard. This deletes them entirely — they would need to re-subscribe to get notifications again.

Duplicate prevention

If someone tries to subscribe with an email that's already registered, the system silently succeeds without creating a duplicate.
