Steps

1. Go to Settings > Developer
2. Click Create API Key
3. Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Claude Desktop", "CI/CD Pipeline")
4. Click Create
5. Copy the key immediately — it will not be shown again
6. Click Done

Key names

Names help you identify which integration uses which key. Maximum 100 characters.

Copy warning

If you try to close the creation dialog without copying the key, you'll see a confirmation warning. Once closed, the full key cannot be retrieved.

Revoking a key

Click the delete button next to any key in the list. The key is immediately invalidated — any clients using it will lose access.

Key staleness

The dashboard shows usage status for each key:

• Active — Recently used
• Stale — Not used in 30+ days
• Never used — Created 7+ days ago, never used
