Adding a driver to your roster

Most drivers on your roster start as an unclaimed profile — nothing more than a name you enter yourself. No invite, no email, and no consent needed from the driver to get going.

Create the profile

1. Open your Roster and tap + New driver.
2. Enter a name — add a kart number and class if you have them — and save.

Any staff member can do this, not just the owner.

What you can fill in, with zero involvement from the driver

Open the profile's Details tab to add as much or as little as you know:

• Racing info — class, kart number, license
• Contact info for the driver
• Guardian and emergency contact details
• Private staff notes about the driver

Everything you attribute to an unclaimed profile — sessions, notes, contact details — belongs to the team, and the driver has no idea any of it exists until you tell them. When you're ready to give them their own access, see Inviting a driver to claim their profile.
