Check these first

• "Notify subscribers" toggled on? This must be enabled on the specific post. It's off by default.
• Post published? Draft posts don't send notifications, even if the toggle is on.
• Already sent? Notifications send once per post. If you re-save a published post, it won't re-send.

Scheduled posts

For posts with a future publish date, notifications are sent when the scheduled time arrives. The system checks every 5 minutes, so there may be a short delay.

Subscriber eligibility

Only subscribers with notify_changelog = true and confirmed = true receive changelog emails. Check your subscriber list for their notification preferences.
