Subscribers Not Receiving Emails

Check these first

  • Subscriber confirmed? Only confirmed subscribers receive notifications. Check their status in the subscriber list.
  • Spam folder: Ask subscribers to check their spam/junk folder and whitelist your sender address.
  • Notification type: Subscribers have separate toggles for incident and changelog notifications. Make sure the right type is enabled.

For incidents

  • Notifications are sent when incidents are created and when updates are posted
  • Only subscribers with notify_incidents enabled receive them

For changelog

  • Notifications are only sent when Notify subscribers is toggled on for the post
  • Scheduled posts send notifications when the publish time arrives (checked every 5 minutes)
  • Only subscribers with notify_changelog enabled receive them

Email delivery

Emails are sent via Resend. If issues persist, contact support.
