Create an article
- Go to Help Articles in the sidebar
- Click New Article
- Enter a title and write the body using the rich text editor
- Assign a category (optional) and set the status
Rich text editor
The editor supports:
- Headings (H2, H3)
- Bold, italic, strikethrough
- Bullet and numbered lists
- Links and images
- Code blocks and inline code
- Blockquotes
Article statuses
- Draft — Only visible in the dashboard
- Published — Visible on the public help center
Excerpts
Optionally add a short excerpt that appears in search results and category listings.
Display order
Articles within a category are shown in the order you set.
