Create an article

  1. Go to Help Articles in the sidebar
  2. Click New Article
  3. Enter a title and write the body using the rich text editor
  4. Assign a category (optional) and set the status

Rich text editor

The editor supports:

  • Headings (H2, H3)
  • Bold, italic, strikethrough
  • Bullet and numbered lists
  • Links and images
  • Code blocks and inline code
  • Blockquotes

Article statuses

  • Draft — Only visible in the dashboard
  • Published — Visible on the public help center

Excerpts

Optionally add a short excerpt that appears in search results and category listings.

Display order

Articles within a category are shown in the order you set.
