How subscriptions work

1. A visitor enters their email on your public status page
2. They receive a confirmation email
3. After clicking the confirmation link, they're subscribed

Managing subscribers

Go to Status Subscribers in the sidebar to view all subscribers, their confirmation status, and subscription date. You can delete subscribers from this list.

What subscribers receive

• Email notifications when incidents are created or updated
• Only confirmed subscribers receive notifications

Unsubscribe

Every notification email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Subscribers can unsubscribe from incident notifications only, or from all notifications.

Rate limiting

Subscriptions are limited to 10 per tenant per minute to prevent abuse.
